## Rockstar Games Insider Leaks Upcoming Game Titles and Release Dates **June 23rd, 2023** We finally got a developer from the secretive Rockstar Games to step forward and tell the world what we’ve all been speculating over for months now. Ex-Rockstar Games developer, John Doe, spoke to us about his time at the company, and an NDA wasn’t enough to keep him quiet any longer. John helped create some of the biggest titles in Rockstar Games history, and despite leaving the company almost two years ago due to the culture at Rockstar and Take Two, he todavía remembers what the upcoming release schedule looked like prior to his departure. When asked about the future of the Grand Theft Auto franchise, John said, and I quote, “I can’t believe they’re doing another one of those.” We’re probably going to see another entry in the series in late 2024, but don’t get too excited. John told us that it will be similar to the last one, with a focus on online play and microtransactions. What about Red Dead Redemption? It’s probably one of the most beloved Rockstar Games titles, so the community was thrilled to hear that there will be another one. We were told that Red Dead Redemption 3 is planned for a late 2025 release. The game is still in the early stages of development, but John said that it will be a “worthy successor” to the previous two games. Along with the big hitters, John had news of a brand new IP from Rockstar. The game is codenamed Project Maverick, and it’s described as a “sci-fi western”. We don’t know much else about the game, but it’s definitely something to keep an eye on. Of course, we took this opportunity to ask John about the rumors of a Bully sequel. Sadly, it seems that those rumors are just that. John said that there were never any serious discussions about a Bully sequel during his time at Rockstar.
